The best way to reach us is email. There is no contact form on this site, because a form would mean collecting and storing your details on a server, and this site is built not to have one.
Corrections are the most welcome thing you can send
If a specification here does not match what your printer told you, please tell us. Include the printer, the exact format, the figure we show and the figure you were given. Every correction gets checked against the printer's own published guidelines and, if we are wrong, fixed and re-dated.
Printers do revise their artwork specifications, and a site like this is only useful for as long as it keeps up. Readers noticing changes before we do is genuinely helpful.
Requests for printers we do not cover
We only add a printer once their official specifications have been read from source. If you would like one added, send a link to their published artwork guidelines and it will go on the list.
What we cannot help with
We cannot fix files, place orders, chase deliveries or resolve disputes with a printing company, because we are not connected to any of them. For anything about a specific order, your printer's own support team is the right place, and they will be far more use than we can be.
We also cannot tell you whether a particular file will pass a particular printer's preflight. Upload it and let their check run. It is free and it is the only test that counts.
